Not to argue, but if a thief takes something that doesn’t belong to him and it’s discovered does he get to keep it?
I realize nothing is in the constitution on this but neither is a stolen election. One would think the courts would settle this...then again they too are compromised in many cases.

True. The Constitution provides no way to fix a fraudulent election. But awhile back some Freeper mentioned that the Supreme Court could remove both Biden and Harris. He even cited the law. Darn if I can remember what it was. But it made sense. It was something about removing falsely accredited officials.
Anyway, in that unlikely event I guess we’d end up with President Pelosi - as she is next in line.
Unless you count Gerald Ford (unless you count his election to his Congressional district, which he won in 1972 with 118,027 votes).
We cannot "unelect" a sitting President, so the question will be whether anyone is prosecuted for the fraud on the nation, which should be treasonous.

The famous JFK was not elected fairly. The backs of the dead in the graveyards in Chicago and Texas gave him the election. Nixon knew he won and didn’t fight the results for the good of the country (I wonder if that is why they gave him a turn)?
The dead, the infirmed, massive ballot harvesting, and plain out fraud has permeated our system for decades with a wink-and-a-nod between both parties.
There is no Constitutional means to reverse certification. What is done is done, and Biden will be POTUS till 2024. the only possible outcome for audits is ensuring that 2022 and 2024 are the most secure elections in history.
Any legitimate audit needs to include a canvasing of voters, mail-in or otherwise, to determine if they actually exist and are legally registered GA/American citizens.

Even if you can’t get him out of the WH (and I don’t expect that to happen), if the audits show (as I expect they will) that Illegitimate Joe didn’t win the election, he will be hemorrhaging political capital .... a good thing.
The audit in AZ, based on various folks involved in the situation, is likely to expand to the whole state & all races - the big question coming up is ... did Mark Kelly really win or is he as illegitimate as Joe? The same could be said for the two who ‘lost’ in GA ....

Scarborough completely lost it. It is a clear sign that there is election fraud.
The practical consequences are political. It will politically cripple the Biden Administration (and any Kamala Administration that might try to replace it!). It will be "Dead Administration Walking" !
The only methods for removing a sitting US President from office within the framework of the US Constitution are impeachment (that isn’t happening) and the 25th Amendment (also not happening.
He has the office for now. Let the audits demonstrate to the American people that fraud is not only possible, but actually took place, and the backlash will be absolutely devastating for the Democrats in the coming elections. Nobody likes a cheat.
I've had this 'not an argument' on several different threads in the past week already, and I'm not really in the mood to rehash all of this again. But....
The difference between your thief taking something, and the President of the United States is the Constitution. The Constitution outlines how the President is chosen, and the only ways to remove him from office.
The common thief is subject to various state and federal laws that are not superseded by explicit language in the United States Constitution.
The Constitution does not give the Courts a role in removing a President from office, save for the Chief Justice presiding over a Senate trial following impeachment by the House. So the Courts are powerless under the Constitution to order a President removed from office and another person installed as President, no matter what the circumstances.
Every county. Every state.
We should be careful what we wish for.
If the election is flipped by all these efforts, will Pelousi and Chuck find some way to disallow the unseating of Traitor Joe?

To believe this you have to have faith that politicians will actually allow the America public the option to choose. I doubt they want to cede their power of being kingmakers. Power corrupts absolutely.
They consider us puppets and will play a shell game as they tug on our strings.
