The Stalinists are getting closer to my prediction of a bogus RICO case against the Trump organization complete with the Democratic creative legal theories that we saw them apply to Newt Gingrich with their bogus creative theory of tax fraud; Tom DeLay with their bogus creative reimagining of "money laundering"; General Flynn, Bijan Rafiekian, Paul Manafort, Greg Craig, and Rudolph Giuliani with their bogus creative theories of FARA violations; and Michael Cohen and Donald Trump with their bogus creative theory that paying someone to sign a non-disclosure agreement for alleged affair that took place a decade ago is a campaign expense. And let's not forget their bogus creative theories of Trump obstructing of the Mueller coup which unfortunately wasn't obstructed.
Here's my prediction: https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3955486/posts

Indictments out of Albany and Manhattan are a given. Indictments out of DC are certainly possible as are indictments out of Palm Beach County.
To: j.cam
These GARBAGE STORIES are simply intended to dissuade the weak minded from keeping their horses hitched to Trump.
To: j.cam
Why?
The left has taught us that protesters can do anything they want.
Long past time that that little dictum is shoved up their corrupt and collective Obamaholes.

You think the Democrats are above indicting him with a bogus creative legal theory??? I posted people they have done it to in the past. Newt Gingrich was speaker of the House and the leader of the Republican Party. Tom DeLay was the House whip of the majority party. Don't underestimate the evil of Marxists.

To clarify. They indicted DeLay. They didn’t indict Gingrich but they creatively weaponized the House Ethics Committee against him and destroyed him politically.
People need to take the evil of the Democrats seriously.

President Trump would beat any phony RICO indictment as easily as he beat the phony Impeachment. Additionally, the public will be horrified at this abuse of power by democrats and vote even more overwhelmingly for President Trump in 2024.

UFOP (unlawful flight to avoid prosecution) warrants will be issued immediately by the US Attorney out of NY when the NY State attorney charges Trump.

He'll likely eventually beat it unless the Democrats pack the Supreme Court with their corrupt hacks. Look how the Democrats weaponized corrupt Democratic activist judges like Kimba Wood, Amy Berman Jackson, Emmet Sullivan, and every Democrat on the DC appeals court. Why are you underestimating them. And if they don't pack the Supreme Court, they will keep this prosecution going to keep him out of the race.

I suspect you are right.
I think it is an empty threat because it is not possible to hold any political office in NY without being corrupt.
So Trump would sue them for harassment, civil rights violation, etc. and take depositions regarding their life in office.
I doubt that they want that.

These articles are some of the dumbest things I’ve ever read on FR.
Trump is leaving Florida within the next two weeks and is going to spend the summer at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.
Does that sound like someone who is planning to hide behind some kind of extradition process in Florida?

I doubt they care. I don’t even know if you can sue them for harassment. So far no one has.

I truly believe that pursuing President Trump, in view of the absolute, “in your face” corruption of the Democratic party, would trigger a push back that could lead to civil unrest, at the very least, and possibly civil war. I, for one, will not stand idly by if this happens!

Trump is not Cirrus Vance. And remember how Trump and John Dowd thought Mueller wasn't corrupt at first? Trump also underestimated Comey whom he should have fired as soon as he took office. And Trump overestimated the ability and integrity of Bill Barr and Deep State Durham. After seeing all the corrupt Democratic prosecutors, agents, and Judges have done, I don't see how people can underestimate them. Did you ever think they would raid Giuliani with a bogus FARA excuse?
