You think the Democrats are above indicting him with a bogus creative legal theory??? I posted people they have done it to in the past. Newt Gingrich was speaker of the House and the leader of the Republican Party. Tom DeLay was the House whip of the majority party. Don't underestimate the evil of Marxists.

To clarify. They indicted DeLay. They didn’t indict Gingrich but they creatively weaponized the House Ethics Committee against him and destroyed him politically.
