I'd hope he'd be smart enough not to try something like that. Although, we are talking about a dem political operative who clearly hates Trump as much or more than the rest of them.
At a minimum, expect very select leaks on the financial records timed to hurt Trump with any potential "independent" or fence sitting voters whom "we" have to rely on for any win in 2024.
Rudy G. has his own legal troubles now. I hope Trump can find a few good men to defend him. Personally, I’d have preferred Rudy stay off the front lines for the last few years. No one stays at the top of their game forever.
