E. Washington state, gas prices have gone up a bit, paid $3.25/gal at the pump today, no shortages here.
I had filled up yesterday and it was also uneventful.
Received a report from a friend this evening that south Birmingham gas stations were running out and they had to go to four places or so to find gas.
I did not see this myself. Earlier today the few stations I passed looked normal.
Location: Prescott Valley AZ
Price: Premium $3.22 per gallon at local Costco, gasoline is higher than other parts of AZ due to relatively remote location.
Availability: did not see anything unusual at the local stations.
Hot Springs, AR....$2.79 yesterday. No lines.
West of Chattanooga. Small town and interstate exit. At about 3:30 pm went to the bank and gas was 2.74 and 2.87 with lines at the 3 gas stations nearest me 6 miles from interstate. Interstate exit gas 2.99 with lines. Signs on some pumps saying no gas. Half an hour later, the small town gas was $2.99 with regular and midgrade gone at all 3 stations.

Kennesaw in ATL metro area, gas was hard to find for a friend visiting from SC. It was over $3. Two of nine stations had run out of gas.
I would like to point out “russia” didn’t do this during the Trump years. I don’t think gas was this high in GA during the prime of his term.
Available this morning in Texas but paid $0.24 higher than last week at my regular station
Northwest suburbs of Chicago. I bought fuel yesterday at $3.09/gallon, but the highest I’ve seen is $3.29/gallon at a Shell near my house.
Thanks, Biden. It’s back to $50 to fill my tank.
$3.69 at a Costco south of Los Angeles. I don’t expect any shortages here though the price may rise. Amazing how recalling Newsolini brought us some sanity.
So far, in the central gulf coast of Florida, there has been no shortage or long lines. Yet!
My son, a Computer Science and EE Major as well, is incredulous at how a company with such great responsibility could be so utterly unprepared for such an event.
His opinion is, that when this is finally resolved this company needs to be punished HARSHLY for extreme negligence. I am an old MSEE and I must agree with my son. There is NO EXCUSE for a company with such great responsibility totally unprepared to rapidly deal with such an event. It is pure NEGLIGENCE.
I filled the tank today at a Shell station with Premium. A requirement for this vehicle, and the price was $3.489. A week ago the same station was priced at $2.269.
Diesel from my fuel/garden shed seems to be abundant.
Already purchased some time ago so effective price is Zer0.
$3.89 gal for regular at ARCO here in San Diego.
The approaching storm.
30 miles E of Richmond VA.
Country gas station which has 3 islands. Usually 1 or 2 customers. Today 6 customers with one waiting. 2.99 for regular and that’s up about 20 cents from last week.

Daughter in suburban NJ says her local station is dry. No prices posted. I suspect that, if you know the station owner, there might be black market gas. That’s how it worked during the gas famines in the ‘70s. I was there.
Me, I live on a small farm in SE Ohio. Local stations were $2.98 for regular, as of 6:00 PM Tuesday. My cars are always at least 3/4 to full, and I have almost 500 gallons in the “farm tank”. I gloat.
It ain’t gonna last.....THIS TIME. This has revealed an Achilles’ heel to our enemies.
Mesa, AZ (east of Phx)
