Rationing coming right up I'm old enough to remember cars with even numbered license plates could only get gas on even numbered days, and cars with odd numbered license plates on odd numbered days.
I also remember my Dad being able to only get 5 gallons of gas for his car because gas stations had also implemented their own rationing too.
