This woman is a danger. Last year St. Louis City saw its highest homicide rate in 50 years. But after little to no action by Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, state officials passed legislation to allow the state attorney general to take over homicide cases in St. Louis after 90 days if Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner hasn’t filed charges or upon request from the “chief law enforcement officer.”
Gardner, a Soros-funded prosecutor, has been a complete disaster for the City of St. Louis.
The Soros-funded Circuit attorney rejected several open-and-shut cases due to the fact that she believed local police officers were racists.
Gardner released all of the protesters and looters in 2020 after the deadly George Floyd riots in St. Louis.
And on Tuesday the Missouri State Disciplinary Counsel found probable cause that Kim Gardner committed professional misconduct.
The St. Louis Circuit Attorney may lose her law license for lying under oath in the Greitens’ case.
Now, this… Gardner engaged in 62 acts of misconduct that resulted in 79 false representations during the Greiten’s now-dismissed criminal prosecution.

Missouri’s chief legal disciplinary officer accused St. Louis’ top prosecutor of sweeping misconduct in the failed prosecution of former Gov. Eric Greitens, saying she lied to judges in court filings and testimony, withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense, misled her own prosecution team and violated the constitutional right to a fair trial.

Many places you get fired if you miss 3 days of work in a year or just because but gov’t employees? They keep their jobs no matter what they do wrong.
Where is the federal charges for violating civil rights under color of law. Whit a second I see the law mentions color so no charges coming.
They will promote her and give her more money. They have no reason to prosecute her for doing as she was told.
