The Johns Hopkins article was modified by the authors on November 27, 2020, and then it was retracted.

I think the truth of the matter is in between (1) the position that heart disease deaths were reclassified as Covid-19 deaths and (2) many people who might have died of heart disease died of Covid-19 infections that their heart disease made them more vulnerable to and fatally ill from.

A. we have seen almost no Flu this year. EVEN THOUGH we test for it pretty much every day. In our practice we are seeing essentially zero Influenza. IT’s the same around the country.

I know a HUGE number of people who believe they had covid in early 2020. None died. For almost all it was just like the flu or a bad cold, myself included.
