The only problem with that is that democrat law clerks are loyal and will never break ranks like a Republican would.
Also, the Democrat judge will never recuse himself like a Republican will.
They will plow right ahead and rule.

Why in the world would they care about getting caught? They could burn it down, 300 people could die in the fire, and no one would hold them accountable.

Read post 5 and you’ll have your answer — dems hired a lawer who clerked(?) for the judge on the case thus recusing himself from the case due to possible conflict of interest/ethical concerns.

Don Drysdale - Los Angeles Dodgers was a bad ass player. Why do I bring him up?
He use to say that he "owned the plate". Get to close to it and he would throw a high heater inside.
He played hard ball and played to win.
The Democrats play politics like Don Drysdale played baseball.
They just threw a high hard one inside and the GOP is dusting the dirt off their collective butts.
The GOP plays soft ball and they will lose this case

Unless the clerk/new lawyer advised the judge on matters related to this case ( which I seriously doubt), this is not grounds for recusal.
Something else is going on here.
