A new judge has been assigned to the Democrats’ Maricopa County case. The parties are now to take 10 days to describe to the judge what they think should take place.
Brahm Resnic in Arizona tweeted out moments ago:
.... Snip....
We don’t know much about the new judge, Judge Daniel Martin, at this time but he has been a judge in Arizona since 2007:

Why did the first judge step away? Because the Democrats just added a lawyer to their team that once interned for the previous judge, so the previous judge had to recuse himself.

The Democrats wouldn’t be making this move if they knew they wouldn’t win. They are used to winning by any “hook or crook” necessary and won’t settle for “losing.” This audit either isn’t going to happen, isn’t going to be completed, or is going to be spoiled by Dem meddling.

First judge stepped away due a legal maneuver by Dems. Dems hired a former clerk of the first judge to be part of their legal team, which forced the judge to recuse himself. They no doubt knew which judge would be selected to replace the first judge.

so, repubs need another lawyer on their team.... 2 can play that game?

I don’t understand why the judge didn’t just say too bad - this was an obvious ploy to get rid of him - why did he go along with it?
The rats always get away with everything and our side just takes it.

The audit is scheduled for 40 days so 1/4. The audit has already been going on for three days.

That does not seem logical or reasonable to me.
It is at least as likely they are in desperation mode, doing anything and everything they can to stop and/or discredit the audit.
They wouldn't be doing any of this if they did not fear the audit.

Sure they would. Dems fight every day for every inch of the political battlefield. They live and breathe to attack their opponents.

To my mind, it makes little difference if all ballots are checked, just a large enough portion to reveal substantial numbers.
I suspect they’ll find adequate fraud to start the dominos to fall across swing states.

I can’t imagine how any judge in this country could possibly rule that an audit shouldn’t take place — even if the election was undisputed.
If it’s paid for and open, why would anyone try to stop an honest recount?
But we know...
To: Yo-Yo
What I don't understand is how the lawyer the Democrats hired can have that conflict of interest? That seems pretty shady. I wonder if it's actionable?
