No, it means that the actual number of Covid deaths (that is, immediate cause pneumonia, stroke, heart failure, etc. and the due-to being “Covid”) is very tiny, probably even less than 10 % of what they’re reporting.
I read that even the vast number of the largest group, over 70 yr olds, were actually over 80, had a life expectancy of under 1 year, and about 50% or more of those had a life expectancy of under 6 months. In other words, they died as had long been expected and tested positive for Covid or were assumed to have it because the CDC said they had the symptoms. Initially they weren’t even testing but were just going by symptoms (which are the same for flu, regular old colds, etc.).
