One of my favorite songs from my youth. I hate these 2020s so far. I need to escape.

Not bad but not as good as I Ran. (So Far Away).
It's hard for many to believe but MTV was actually pretty amazing channel when it first started.

I Ran (So Far Away) gets my vote as one of the cheesiest music videos ever made. It’s hard to beat the tinfoil room, and the zombie-girl with flashing eyes.

Have you listened to the re-release of the song from 2018?
The band released an album with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra of their hits.
Space Age Love Song takes me back to my youth - the release is amazing.

Yeah, if I was a superhero, my battlecry would be, "I miss the 80's!" B-) Yeah, I do need to go to the 1980's to escape. The TV shows were great then, one show I liked was "Airwolf," in today's worlds, it is so bad that I think even Archangel and "The Firm" would have to join Hawke and go rogue.

I loved Airwolf. Too bad Jay-Michael Vincent had so many personal demons. I always thought it was funny how Airwolf had a unlimited ammo supply.

They kind of get listed as a goof band because of their hair (which is goofy) and being one hit wonders (in America at least) but I have generally enjoyed any of their songs that I happen to hear on the radio.

“Wishing” is my personal favorite.

My mistake. He was still pretty young, though. Like 17-19.
I got my first paying gig at age 15, so yeah, it happens.

Steve Winwood joined The Spencer Davis Group at 14. I believe he was 16 when Gimme Some Lovin’ came out.

I heard them live on their first US tour. Incredibly bad. Couldn’t play or sing worth a damn, the sound man tried vainly to make it sound better with tons of reverb & delay.
It didn’t help.

Love that song. For all the jokes at their expense, they did have technical chops, and some pretty intricate guitar work.

I know, I always got a big kick out of that and on the A-Team too. Yeah, back then I had two man crushes, one was Jon-Eric Hexum from the 1982-83 series, "Voyagers!" where him and a 12 year old travel in time where they end up in an alternate timeline and they have to go back to correct it. Later I remember Hexum while on his then new series, "Coverup," was playing with a revolver with blanks, held it to his head and the paper wadding when into his head and brain and it was the end from there. Jan-Michael Vincent was the other, I'm bummed at all the issues he had. Ernest Borgine and Jean Bruce Scott were cool too. The way things are now with Biden/Harris World, I'm sure it would be worse than what I said above, Santini Air and the Firm would have to join the A-Team in hiding.
I also liked "Tales of the Gold Monkey," "The Greatest American Hero," "V," and "Whiz Kids."
BTW, I remember Fay Grant was a starlet then who played in Greatest American Hero and V, I had a rush on her too.
