Michigan Democrat state representative Jewell Jones was arrested and charged with a DUI, resisting arrest, and weapons possession, according to Fox News.
The judge "released Jones ... on a $15,000 personal bond ... and ordered him to abstain from alcohol, illegal drugs, and recreational marijuana, submit to random drug and alcohol testing, and surrender to the Michigan State Police all weapons except those he needs for his Michigan National Guard duty."
The 26-year-old politician's blood-alcohol level was "allegedly twice the legal limit, Fox News reports.
Fox News states that Jones "resisted arrest when police arrived" and that "law enforcement also discovered a Glock in the glove compartment of his vehicle."
Detriot Press Press reported: "State Rep. Jewell Jones was so confrontational after driving his vehicle into a ditch on I-96 while allegedly drunk that state troopers used a Taser and pepper spray on him, a prosecutor said Friday."

That’s what all the recent years faux civil rights, anti police stuff is really all about. Other than Floyd (who should not have been forcibly restrained after handcuffs for so long), all of these events are about fostering the belief that there should be no consequences for committing crimes, not even being stopped or investigated for them.
If this was a Republican or a white person he/she would still be in jail and the gallows built while the news media screams for blood.

Not only will all charges be dropped, but he will probably get a monetary settlement of some sort when the smoke clears. And there will also be rioting due to supposed “police harassing a black man.”
