Former President Barack Obama is returning to the public limelight to give the Biden administration a much-needed booster.
Joe Biden, who is clearly disconnected and often absent of knowing what is going on, continues to shy away from unscripted exchanges with reporters.
So now, Obama's "star power" to rescue a major Biden administration program with a "celebrity tour."
He is the shadow president and what he is doing is illegal!
Clearly O and Michelle are having difficulty with control issues
Either Obamanation knows Biden can’t handle the office, or Obama needs to be appreciated.

Despite Biden’s cognitive issues his administration is actually more successful at pushing the far left agenda than Obama was at this point in his presidency. Say what you will about Biden but his team is carrying the ball and scoring points. Its almost as if Biden wants to outdo Obama who dissed Old Joe and pushed him into the background.
Or the COMINTERN is in control of the whole thing— so oba-Mau-Mau “steps out of the shadows”.
