Red States: Our Last Bastion of Defense
American Thinker ^ | April 11, 2021 | Richard Moss

Red states must coordinate their efforts as the left does to be more formidable. In particular, states like Texas and Florida, with their large populations and economic clout and with supportive governors — notably, Ron DeSantis of Florida — can take the lead, but any state so inclined can move aggressively. Finally, Republican officials at all levels, state and federal, should demand that woke corporate hypocrites boycott the 2022 Olympics in Beijing.

Texas has a very short window to remain red. 1-2 election cycles max.

Someone needs to reserve Truist Field (park?) for the night that would have been the All Star Game. Rent it for the American Association of Philatelist’s Annual Jamboree, I don’t care.

I have the suspicion that MLB is going to try to revert to the original plan and someone needs to block that possibility. They need to be forced to stick to their decision that was unsupportable, rash and mistaken, which will put the economic hurt on a lot of little people in Atlanta.

Exactly, that is the Golden Ring that will grant the Left every electoral college victory going forward.

People, it’s over unless the American half of the country goes to war.

You cannot turn back Jacobin madness without war once it gets a certain critical mass and crosses that point of no return.

It’s is foolish silliness to think otherwise.

Once again, we get the pleasure of reading something written by someone who is completely out of touch with what is happening in this country.

The so-called Blue States and Blue Cities are absolute disasters. Whether by design or by complete and total incompetence, they’re gone.

But, the folks that helped cause those disasters are now leaving those places in droves. Where are they going? To places with low crime, low taxes, and a good quality of life. And those places are Red States. And what are they doing when they get there? Setting about destroying them.

Look no further than Bosie, Idaho. Place is being invaded by Dem’s and being destroyed. And that is just one of many.

Atlanta and its northern metro area is going through the same thing. Businesses relocating there. Of course, the Governor and Lt Governor promise all sorts of jobs to the locals and all those jobs go to liberal transplants. The Lt Governor has taken it upon himself to turn Georgia into the “Tech Capital of the East”. Lots of Democrats on the way down and hopefully Duncan won’t run again. Or if he does, hope he loses his primary in spectacular fashion.

But, then again, the Godfather of turning solid Red States to Purple to Blue is none other than Ricky Perry of Texas. What is going on in Texas can be laid directly at his feet.

I understand what you’re saying but what ‘little people in Atlanta’ are going to get hurt?

I live in Georgia and used to work around Turner Field during baseball season. Please enlighten me on who is getting hurt.

agree-its the growing Hispanic population and the fact that they vote close to 70% dem. The left has put out this false narrative that it is people moving from blue states but as Barnes and others showed in AZ, they vote more conservative than the general population

It is the Hispanic growth - that is the real story, and challenge for GOP. Without the block voting of African American’s (93% + for Dems+ and especially Hispanic Americans-approaching 70%,) CA would still be the state that elected Reagan governor and nationally the Dems would have a little over 100 seats and about 10-12 Senate seats. At Least Hispanics don’t vote 90% dems

Just look at the states won by Trump in 2016,he won 32 states but only 4 have a population of Hispanic voters over 13%. Clinton by contrast won 28 states and only 5 had a Hispanic population of under 13%.
