Sixteen Ohio House Republicans, six of whom have publicly announced their declination to take a COVID-19 vaccine, proposed legislation Tuesday to build legal protections for people who decline vaccinations.
Under the bill, governments, schools and private businesses could still impose a vaccine requirement. However, the bill would force them to exempt anyone who submits in writing a claim of medical contraindication, “natural immunity,” or “reasons of conscience, including religious conviction.”
After submitting their refusal in writing, people “shall not be required to do anything” more, under the bill.
People, businesses, and governments would not be able to “discriminate against, deny service or access to, segregate, require a facial covering or other vaccination status label for, or otherwise penalize an individual financially or socially” for declining a vaccine....

For your consideration.
Interesting.
Isn’t the left all about not stigmatizing and hating people who are different, who choose different lifestyle choices? Who make different medical choices like abortion, which actually murders another person?
You fearpers and covidiots here, go after the people havign abortions and performing them. their direct actions murder other human beings. you think the unvaccinated are worse when all we are doing is making a different medical choice than you, be ause we’ve determined we do not want to take the same risk you have decided you want to take. and if the vaccine “works”, vaccinated or not, we won’t affect you. you have therotection you decided you wanted.

Thanks to MadTBear for posting the DePresser from April 1 on an different thread.
For those who follow Jack Windsor, Dr. Frank appeared with him on some things back in the summer.
These are what they sound like- critique’s of DeWine’s ‘rona press conferences.
I haven’t listened to this one yet, but the one from earlier in April featured a woman who did a really great breakdown and debunking of the funny math being used by the Health Department.
I hope you don’t mean me.
where are the folks arguing this is a personal medical choice? its really no one elses business except your own.
other stuff affects others yet we do not have this reaction.
aids for one. aids is a certain life shortener and certain death sentence, yet we arent out there demanding homos stop engaging in the behavior habits that they got it from. we aren’t demanding they dont give blood, because now they can, and governments have decriminalized infecting people on purpose or not tellign them you have it before risky behavior, from a felony to a misdemeanor. for a certain death sentence and life shortening disease.
yet people are freaking out collectively about people who have decided no experimental vaccine for me. they are the enemies of society. gays with aids and spreading it, hey thats flipping great. keep it up. nope the vaccine holdouts are the threat to us all.
you people who believe this crap are the problem.
Sorry about the grammar mistakes.
Posting while listening to a stupid meeting at work about something that has nothing to do with anything I do, but it doesn’t mean I can’t be called on anyway.
Right now people are talking about how they can’t wait to get their second vax.
The first thing that needs to be straightened out is the fact that no one has been vaccinated. They need to use the right term for whatever those shots are.
“... exempt anyone who submits in writing a claim of medical contraindication, ‘natural immunity,’ or ‘reasons of conscience, including religious conviction’.”
Not good enough. People should not have to give ANY reason or excuse, except maybe “My body, my choice”.
My beef, no pun intended, is with the people who can’t put down a donut or can of coke to save their life, yet want to know why I won’t get a vax.
I’m not shy about pointing out how a five foot tape measurer goes around me twice and still leaves a little left over and for them not so much.
I like it. I’m going to use it on them for no vac. My body my choice.
If they believe the vaccine works, there is no reason to fear the unvaccinated

Wait, there are other kinds?
😆
I’m the most discriminated person in the world.
I’m a white male with blue eyes.
[[However, the bill would force them to exempt anyone who submits in writing a claim of medical contraindication, “natural immunity,” or “reasons of conscience, including religious conviction.”]]
Oh swell, now folks have to provide proof that they deserve freedom?
Right on!
HIPPA? Means nothing anymore?
I don’t have to tell you anything.
“Bill would prevent ‘discrimination’ against unvaccinated people”
Biden would veto bill that would prevent ‘discrimination’ against unvaccinated people
There, fixed it
Still too much of a hassle and you are creating a paper trail of your private medical history.
