The 13 and 15-year-old girls who murdered an Uber Eats driver during a carjacking in DC are reportedly getting a plea deal.
Instead of fleeing the scene after the car that they were trying to steal crashed and rolled on its side, one of the girls began looking for her cellphone that was in the vehicle — while walking nonchalantly past their victim’s body.
Their victim, Mohammad Anwar, 66, of Springfield, Virginia, was driving for Uber Eats when the girls attempted to steal his car and tased him.
The horrific scene was caught on camera by a witness.

While many people believe the girls should be charged as adults, it does not seem to be what the prosecutor has in mind.
The Washington Post sat-in on the virtual hearing for the killers on Wednesday, and report that the prosecutor had told the judge they were expecting to give attorneys plea bargain offers in the “next day or two.”
Additionally, D.C. Police Commander Ramey Kyle told FOX 5 that they are investigating one of the suspect’s involvements in another carjacking in January.

Is the offer going to be 50 hours of community service and a stern talking-to?
As a practical matter, no matter how bad a feral beast the 13 year old is, it isn’t going to fly to try her as an adult. So the most that one is going to get is a few years in juvie where she can learn to hone her criminal skills.

Well...here’s that 800 lb gorilla in the room again that no one wants to talk about. Discrimination is a learned behavior and black kids are often at the center of crap like this. The black community has a problem and they need to fix it themselves. I think some of the problem’s source goes back to the War on Poverty under Johnson that paid higher welfare benefits if the father isn’t present. It caused the breakdown of the black family to the point where now 72% are raised without a father present. It’s easy to be a father...damn hard to be a parent. Man up, guys!
When its all said and done DC will probably give them an apology and some colleges will offer scholarships.

The 13 year old cannot be charged as an adult.
With a waiver, the 15 year old cold be charged as an adult.
That’s just the law in D.C.
In other parts of the country, teens have gone on mass killing sprees and not been charged as adults.
So who will be the next victim since there surely will be more.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: if any “child” ever boasts that they cannot be tried as an adult would be they should not only be tried as an adult but also be given the harshest applicable punishment.
Sterilization better be a part of it.

That’s pretty much “adulting” right there, motherhood ( or fatherhood) so i sure don’t see why they can’t be treated as adults when they commit a damn crime.
Hey, don’t you know under our new two tier justice system when a black kills someone that is not black, it is now just a misdemeanor?
