Hey. That’s no fair. Law abiding citizens aren’t supposed to be armed.

Now THAT’S what I call a happy ending.

Don’t know if that second shot would pass muster in blue America.

In many US states store owner would be charged because the perp was leaving the store, shot in the back

I couldn’t tell if the perp actually stole something.
And yeah...shot in the back.
I worked with a guy from Brazil who said they passed a gun law and the obvious result was that only criminals had guns. They would go into restaurants and make the patrons give all their valuables to criminals and there was no one to stop them. He thought the government was in cahoots with the crooks.

Store clerk’s word vs. dead guy’s word + video.
Seems cut and dried.

Looked like he took a drink. Don’t know what happened off-camera. I hope he lived long enough to feel his face hit the pavement.

From my view, right before the first shot - while the thief was looking back at the victim - it seemed like the thief was reaching for his gun. This was a clean shoot.

Couple of cool customers. Both of them. No shouting, no waving of hands. Strictly business. One of the customers is now even cooler. As in room temperature cooler.
