JOE Biden stumbled and almost fell over again while boarding Air Force One two weeks after his slip-up.
New footage shows the president, 78, tripping as he walked up the stairs to the aircraft in the rain today.
He was traveling to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to push his new $2 trillion spending package.
After Biden gained his footing, he looked a little wobbly as he made his way to the top.

his was almost the second time in two weeks that the president took a tumble on the steps.
On March 19, Biden tripped a total of three times as he made his way up the stairs to board Air Force One.
However, he quickly recovered and carried on up the stairs, giving a salute before entering the aircraft.

Another video angle shows that Biden was down on his knee for a moment, before getting up and pausing briefly with one hand on the railing and the other rubbing his knee.

White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters onboard Air Force One that he’s “doing 100% fine.”
Last time the White House blamed the wind: “It’s very windy. I almost fell coming up the steps myself,” White House spox told reporters on AF1
Sometimes a person with dementia insists on doing something that is not reasonable. Just sayin’.
“One of these times he’s going down those steps and break his neck.”
He may have, already. He’s probably propped up somewhere and his Socialist ‘handlers’ spray him with Febreze every morning, like they did with Ginsburg for months on end.

Watch his left foor, about 7 or 8 steps from the top. It looks like perhaps the toe of his left foot / shoe caught the stair above the stair he intended to hit so it was a little unstable. Hard to tell for sure but it did seem that he was putting a lot of concentration into a very common occurence.

Contrary to legend, it wasn’t shot all in one take—or even all in one day. It lasted a couple of days, and on at least one of them, Kelly was sick with a fever of anywhere from 101 to 103 degrees, depending on who’s telling the story.
