We have reported extensively over the last month on the growing crisis at our southern border. President Biden’s policies and soft talk have invited a massive wave of immigrants and many of them are unaccompanied minors. The influx has caused border facilities to become overflowed, many of them far beyond capacity and with little ability to properly care for the kids.
Biden has struggled to deal with the migrant crisis. With border facilities completely filled, it was revealed last week that he would begin flying immigrants to other states for housing. We had no idea exactly where they would be housed, until now.
At least one family, including their foster children, are being kicked out of their home to make room for illegal immigrants.

The wife and I have been discussing whether we should foster a child. We both want to, but neither of wants to deal with this (or any) government.
My takeaway is that they did not own or rent. Now would be a good time to start!
Neither. The housing was owned by a non-profit organization called "Friends of Youth," and this couple lived there, caring for the foster children sent to live with them. Now, the non-profit is kicking them all out to make way for "unaccompanied minors."
Read the article. They are taking the money from the feds. The non profit needs the the new funding source so they are making a new A home form the immigrant minors.

Does that mean that the illegal alien children are being put into Child Protective Services? Well, that’s not good.
FRiend, my wife and I had similar thoughts about 6 years ago, then got over them by looking at the children’s needs. We fostered numerous children then adopted one - toughest job (besides our marriage) we ever had, but WORTH EVERY MINUTE. Do it, you won’t regret helping a child. Government is a minimal issue next to that.
