Video emerged of Kamala Harris recently speaking about the problems parents face when their schools are closed but they can't afford childcare. This is a serious issue with massive repercussions for children's development and for working mothers. So what did Kamala do? She cracked herself up, laughing so hard she could barely get the words out. What the heck is going on with that woman?

If you look up "inappropriate laughter," a few things pop up. It turns out that it can be a nervous system disorder called Pseudobulbar affect (AKA emotional incontinence)....In other words, in addition to a president sliding into dementia, we could have a vice president with a neurological disorder....
It's doubtful Harris suffers from any of the above problems. (Although wouldn't it be a kick in the pants if she did?) Additionally, she doesn't laugh at completely random times. She laughs when she's nervous, and there's even a name for what Harris does: nervous laughter....
The question, then, is what's making Harris nervous when she (a) glosses over willingly campaigning with someone she accused of sexual assault, or (b) jokes about killing the president, or (c) laughs at the suffering working parents experience when their children cannot go to school? My guess is that the laughter came about for the following reasons: (a) acknowledging that she has no moral compass and was caught in a lie; (b) knowing she violated a social and legal taboo; and (c) knowing that her administration policies not only aren't helping, but also are making it worse.
That is, in every case, Kamala laughs because she's doing something even she knows is bad and wrong. I guess it shows she has some semblance of a conscience and therefore isn't a true sociopath....

I’m convinced everyone has known it pretty much since the election. Of course there are millions of hardcore Leftist haters of America who will never acknowledge it.
I said as much here recently. What Heels Up is engaging in is a nervous sexual laugh. I don’t mean sexual as in the act itself but in referring to her gender.
She’s in effect, infantilizling herself in front of adults.
Partly because she is nervous and partly to try and get people to laugh along with her, as a way of losing herself in a crowd.
It’s something eighth grade girls do and for an adult woman it certainly shows a lack of emotional maturity.
The meaning behind Kamala’s cackle is lack of emotional/feeling control common to Jamaican and Indian women. I suspect some of it is her DNA. She doesn’t seem to be have any filter regarding her flirtatious and giddy behavior regardless of where she is. In some respects in how she’s risen through the ranks she’s like Megan Markle, whatever can get her higher up the ladder.
To me they don't seem serious enough to warrant an intervention of some type but this woman exhibits a serious deficiency in emotional maturity at times.
People who cheat and fake their way through life as long as she has generally do have issues. But she’s way in over her head and it shows 24/7.

The ‘’backpeddling’’ over Biden trying to tie the albatross of handling the border crisis I’m sure must’ve have made this dumb slut realize they were trying to get her to be the fall guy and she wasn’t happy about it.
I agree. I know that most republicans were convinced from the beginning. Later after evidence started coming out and all republicans and some dems knew it. The more time and evidence that goes buy the more know it’s true. But millions just don’t care because a dem is in office. What’s sad is that they have to see the damage that’s already starting. Things should be getting better. With the vaccine and herd immunity that’s happening should be ending the panic, and the states that should be opening should be boosting the economy. But instead they are attempting to keep the power and masks and not asking states to open. Heck they wanted lockdowns.. Imagine if Trump had won despite the attempt to steal. We would be so far along. He would pressure states to open and would have the economy returning. Easing people’s minds and fears and we wouldn’t look weak to other countries.
