The Biden administration is looking at options to reverse or counter a newly enacted voting law in Georgia that brings in a sweeping number of election reforms to the state.
President Joe Biden told reporters on Friday that the Justice Department and his administration are “taking a look” at the legislation, which he claims is an “attack on the right to vote” in the Peach State.

Georgia’s restrictive new voting law hit with legal challenge
hit with a federal lawsuit apparently
He can take a look at my middle finger too. No one elected him period, but the job that he stole isn’t emperor.
That’s not how any of this works Joe...
While they’re down there they can check around and see how many more garage door pulls they can find.
I don’t think this is DOJ’s job.
Don’t worry Biden... it’s meaningless without enforcement... you’ve already proven that.
It’s time to clamp down on those Georgia insurrectionists and white supremacists.
You forgot “except as to the Places of chusing senators.”
Hey man, the dead have a right to vote too. It’s a burden for them to provide an ID.
Crooked Deep State maggots
Biden’s sh*t-faced “DOJ” needs to recuse itself from poking its RAT nose around a GEORGIA STATE LAW.
I’m thinking this is all a setup by out legislators here in Georgia.
DOJ and federal courts come in, get the law tossed, they’ll all just shrug their shoulders........Hey ya’ll, we tried.
The legislature down here does not care unless you’re a developer, farmer, movie person or, now, some type of big tech. Other than that, whatever.
Down here all they have to do is bring up the 2nd Amendment. Sky falling. World crumbling. Taxes through the roof.....2nd Amendment, Ya’ll.....I’ll protect your guns.
The consent decree was signed without proper authority. It should be nullified anyway. Which is one of the things that people were arguing from the get go.
It allowed for ‘mail in voting’, which is what swung the results, both here in Georgia and elsewhere.
And if I’m not mistaken, this bill does nothing to address ‘mail in voting’. And if that’s true, there will be another pandemic next spring, summer and fall.
Folks are doing a great job confusing ‘absentee voting’ and ‘mail in voting’.
Covid 19 was only one part of it and the economy played no part of it. The economy was coming back
Mail In Voting is what swung this election. Unaccounted for and unverifiable, Mail In Voting
Don’t they have to show ID to receive a mail in ballot?
Nope.
Absentee Ballots have to be requested and meet criteria. One of which being you gave to be a registered voter. Then they’re mailed back by a certain date.
Mail In Ballots were just mailed to an address. And you can mail them in or drop them off at an unsecured drop box.
In Georgia, if a mail in ballot was received and it wasn’t completely legible, the ballot went to an anonymous group of adjudicators who decided on the “intent” of the voter.

I wonder who all those votes were tallied for.
I proudly stand corrected and will give a smidgen of credit to the Ga Legislature. They’re still corrupt SOBs that could have dealt with this years ago.
Time will tell how hard they fight.
Protect absentee ballots by providing absentee ballots to all qualified voters who request them......the money shot.....”but stopping the practice of mass mailing of absentee ballots or request forms.”
