The Biden-Harris administration is shutting down the southwest end of the National Mall around the Tidal Basin during two-week peak cherry blossom time to prevent the public from walking around in fresh air and sunshine to view the annual event in person over fears of COVID-19. Open air memorials to Thomas Jefferson, Martin Luther King and Franklin Roosevelt located near the Tidal Basin will be closed to keep people from sneaking a peak at the cherry blossoms.

That vid of Richard Citizen journalist shows the fencing - its extent and proximity.
But, in another sense, it is fake. It is to wake us the hell up.
The real news is not cherry blossoms, and its certainly not false flag shootings to take guns away. The real news is just starting - started 2 days ago in the Suez canal, with a cargo ship completely blocking 30% of the world's commerce. To dislodge this ship will require lightening it, removing containers... and, most news breaking, will be finding out what's in those cargo containers. That is and will be for the future the real news.
