They are targeting attendees because they fear the public will protest. Was anyone arrested for protesting outside or attending the Trump speech? If you weren't breaking and entering, you aren't in trouble.

Harrelson didn’t enter the capitol, from what I’ve read, just for being an Oath Keeper.

According to the article, he was not a part of the group that "broke into" the Capitol. He was there, but was not part of the rent-a-mob. They are trying to provoke the reaction that they haven't been able to achieve so far.

In what way was it breaking and entering if the police let them in?

Seconding coloradan’s question:
How is it breaking and entering if the police lets someone in?

The article only “attending”.
The process is the punishment.
No bail. Prosecutors asking for a delay.
Lock down of accounts sounds unusual. More overreach.

Read Angel Harrelson’s statement. It doesn’t appear that her husband went into the Capitol.

That line appears to be rather fuzzy, and has included some that were arrested without evidence they were inside, and other that were inside but no evidence presented showing they did any breaking or violent act.
At the least folks are being fired - though that’s not directly the policing agency’s fault.

That’s BS.
99% (maybe more) of the people inside the Capitol building were not breaking and entering. There is much video evidence showing the doors wide open and people flowing in - behaving as people who believe they are invited in. Some show people being waved in - and Capitol police not attempting to discourage it.
