Earlier today we published the shocking story about Joshua James and his family.

Joshua James was arrested this week and is being charged in connection to the violent events of January 6th in Washington D.C.

Joshua James is an Iraq War veteran. He was wounded in a bomb blast in Iraq. And Joshua is being held by the FBI without bail.

Joshua is the breadwinner in his family. He receives retirement pay from the military. He has three young children including a 3-year-old.

Thank you all for the overwhleming support and prayers! We can never thank you enough! I had a brief call with Joshua just now and he is overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude. He could barely process the information. He wants you all to know this means everything to him and our family! I am on constant calls trying to find an aggressive attorney who can take Joshua’s case and help us bring him home. I have never had to even think of needing an attorney or a fundraiser, so bear with me as I try to make sure all the info is accurate and up to date. I will update you when I know anything more! To wit} The Gestapo had the local Police go from door to door to get the Jews to the assembly points, and to guard them at the assembly points. Then, they [the Jews] were turned over to the Gestapo and the SS for transportation to the concentration camps. The FBI will use the same tactics dealing with us. They will use the local Police and Sherriff's Deputies to round us up, and hold us at the local County Jail until they transport us to Washington, D.C. to dispose of us. I understand that the jail house lawyers, the Stockade Lawyers, and the Sea Lawyers will tell you differently. But wait and see what happens.

Now that it is known that money is available, she will probably find several attorneys willing to represented him. Weeding them out to find a good one will be the trick. If anyone knows a good conservative attorney in her area, they should make a donation and post the attorney recommendation in the comments.

They need to give that money to the wife. She needs to apply it to future living expenses. Giving it to a Lawyer, no matter how skillful is a waste. He is up against that Washington, D.C. kangaroo system. No matter how brilliant his defense is, the Jury will convict. In fact, I doubt that the they even listen to his side of the Case at all. For that matter, I don’t believe that they will listen while the Government presents their cases. And in the remote chance that they were paying attention, they don’t understand what is going on. If they understand what is happening, they would not be there. They only know that they are being paid and they are to when instructed to vote guilty. Until then they share cell phone photos of naked men and women.

They can’t. They can’t be forced to help the FBI. But they can’t make an effort to try to stop them or to alert the person the FBI is going after for flight or they would be subject to arrest for aiding as at that point they are not acting in the posture of law enforcement to assist a fleeing suspect.

Yes they are enticing civil war. That’s one of the reasons they are going after Oath keepers. The 100,000 member patriot organization that is mostly LEO and former combat vets. If civil war breaks out they and three percenters will be the tip of the spear. We all better hope the military steps in soon. Everyone knows guns are the line in the sand and that is where this is headed.

He was there and they're charging him with being in the Capitol. Because of the Oath Keepers connection they're going to throw the book at him.
