Earlier today we published the shocking story about Joshua James and his family.
Joshua James was arrested this week and is being charged in connection to the violent events of January 6th in Washington D.C.
Joshua James is an Iraq War veteran. He was wounded in a bomb blast in Iraq. And Joshua is being held by the FBI without bail.
Joshua is the breadwinner in his family. He receives retirement pay from the military. He has three young children including a 3-year-old.

Thank you all for the overwhleming support and prayers! We can never thank you enough! I had a brief call with Joshua just now and he is overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude. He could barely process the information. He wants you all to know this means everything to him and our family! I am on constant calls trying to find an aggressive attorney who can take Joshua’s case and help us bring him home. I have never had to even think of needing an attorney or a fundraiser, so bear with me as I try to make sure all the info is accurate and up to date. I will update you when I know anything more! The main topic of their testimony was the Oath Keepers logo on his hat, the organization who asked him to provide security to the speakers that day.
They said they have cell phone data that places Joshua pinging off a tower that provides service in the area that includes the Capitol.
That's it?! That is their case against this man?
Yep! Guilty by association.
He was there on January 6. As far as him entering the Capitol, I don’t know.
I have a few thoughts about that but none that I can post.

I challenge anyone on FR, if they know any cops or detectives, and ask them about a show like the First 48.
If the very large majority of those people would STFU, there would be no show. If you watch older episodes they have a disclaimer. That disclaimer has now been modified. Quite a bit.

The scary thing is that innocent people are more likely to get tripped up when being questioned by the police because they think as long as they are truthful there innocence will be easily established. Nope. Answers can get twisted. Simple lapses of memory become evasion. Mistakes of time and place become proof of guilty knowledge. Remember those asking the questions do this day after day after day and know how to ask a question to get the answer they are looking for. It’s a game that a trusting innocent “helpful” person can’t win.
