Joshua James was arrested this week and is being charged in connection to the violent events of January 6th in Washington D.C.
Joshua James is an Iraq War veteran. He was wounded in a bomb blast in Iraq. And Joshua is being held by the FBI without bail.
Joshua is the breadwinner in his family. He has three young children including a 3-year-old.
....... Snip......
The FBI lured him out of his home in Alabama by pretending to be a customer needing a pressure washing.
Then an Army armored vehicle with a turret on top, 2 FBI vans, 6 FBI vehicles, 3 local police and sheriff’s vehicles pulled up and ransacked their home.
Audrey James, his wife, was forced to sit outside for 8 hours with her 3-year-old while the FBI searched their home and broke a light fixture.
Joshua James is a war hero, a veteran, a Godly man, a provider, and a business owner. Joshua James DID NOT commit any violent crime. He attended the January 6th speech by President Trump at the Ellipse along with a million other Americans. He volunteered to work security with other members of the Oath Keepers.
The FBI is holding him until trial because he was seen speaking with two other members of the Oath Keepers that day.

The agencies of the government have become quality control enforcers triggered into action at the call of the ruling class. The agencies have all the dirt on the ruling class as their “insurance policy” should it be needed.
Sure seems to be becoming that, especially under the leadership of the political, corrupt Wray
I totally agree with you.
Bump
We’re going to complain on the internet and think....oh well, it wasn’t me....until it is.
We need to form an Army.
Congratulations F-troop. Congratulations junta.
You just created a lifelong enemy, including a 3 year old who will never forget. Including a wife who will tell all her friends. Including everyone who interacted with him. Including all his relatives. Including his facebook friends. They easily made 150 new patriots today who passionately hate the FBI and the junta government.
They may not pick up rifles etc. They may just not see anything next time you need them too. They may decide to vote not guilty on ANY case that the FBI or Feds bring. I mean no matter WHAT the charge or “evidence”. They won’t call tiplines. They may be happy to watch Feds get mowed down at a front door on TV. They will not believe a word of the propaganda you put on TV. They will decide to get closer to god and form relationships. They may decide the local police does need defunding and that the local cops are not their friends. Soldiers overseas will see exactly what the US junta government thinks of them.
And if history is a guide, some will ultimately do more than that.
Good job FBI. Google the term “Phyrric victory”.
F-Troop hates nothing more than someone upholding their oath. Wonder why?
Well said.
They eat that up with a spoon. High speed, low drag, special operators.
As bad as the FBI has gotten, I think some key fact is missing from this story. It’s hard to think they would go to such extremes to arrest a guy simply because they saw him talking to members of The Oath Keepers. On the other hand, they used a similar show of force when arresting Roger Stone, so who knows?
All approved by that smug corruptocrat Wray. These guys get off on the public show of force against people who pose ZERO risk to the arresting agents. The FBI brass are not just “following orders”, they are gleefully grandstanding as active participants in legal warfare against American citizens.
And they think they are being cute, luring him outside by acting like a customer. This is what they did with Randy Weaver. They acted like stranded motorists on the side of the road. I bet they were high-fiving at the office about
how gullible people are when they walk outside for a customer, or stop to help a man and woman with the hood up.
What they actually did was teach hundreds or thousands of people to look at the FBI with disgust.
Is this true? See a bit excessive. Why is it whenever democrats have power, we have this excessive force being applied against American citizens by the FBI?
Those local cops and FBI should avoid eating at restaurants in that area. Just some free sage advice.
“Bail WAS recommended by the probation office & we were told prosecution would not argue against bail. But, somehow at the last minute prosecution decided to argue against it. [...] FBI said under oath they do not believe my husband was part of any violence and they have NO proof that he was involved in violence. [...] The public defender asked “Was Mr. James seen with these people exhibiting aggressive behavior?” FBI Response “No he was not.”
[...]
“Here is the judges reasons for denying bail: While Joshua doesn’t have a criminal background and has strong ties to the community and is not believed to be a flight risk and may not have been violent that day, he continued to have communication with members of Oath Keeps after the 6th which “proves” he has no remorse for the events of that day. And due to the fact he has PTSD from being blown up in Iraq serving his country and doesn’t take medication for his ptsd and owns fire arms, they feel that’s a volatile combination and see no reasonable scenario for granting bail.”
Thank goodness “it can’t happen here”. /sarc
They didn’t have the slightest evidence that he would resort to violence. Two FBI agents in suits knocking at the door would have been all it took to arrest him.
But now they all dress up in commando uniforms and have machine guns.
Cowards.
