So basically I have come to the conclusion that QAnon is not a threat and is basically a Ghost Dance by people who still think there is a chance for the Republic.
The US government saw the Native American Ghost Dances in the same way, they puffed up the threat of it all.

The " QAnonCult " follows the same patterns as the " GhostDance Cults" As their land shrank and any sort of actual victory grew more & more distant it was expected that the "Great Spirit" would come forth and remove the "pale faces" from their land. ·

The people turned to the Ghost Dance ritual, which frightened the supervising agents of Indian Affairs.

I was never in fear of “Qanon” I was mostly amused and cautiously hopeful.
But our “leaders” in the bureaucracy had two reactions:
- They feared it
- They used it to generate fear within their own power structures to grasp at power.

What I think is that Q was actually informed, and that there was a significant element of mil intel that was and is trying to right our republic, and they they just didn’t pull it off yet.
But Trump was telling the truth when he said he didn’t know anything about it.

Exactly. I never even paid any attention to it and I've been studying and following politics for over 40 years. Qanon was a tiny nothing burger and it had zero impact on anything.

Qanon was created as punching bag for the media so they can say “hey look, those qanon trump supporters believe in crazy whacked out stuff” They do this to attract the moderates, right of center people, centrists, to their side. And it works.
Qanon detracts from MAGA and Trump, it creates a divide between thinking MAGA supporters who don’t think everything is a conspiracy and Qanon who thinks every is a conspiracy. 2016 these two “sides” worked together to elect Trump bigly, 2020 these two sides end up battling themselves and was counterproductive, but that was exactly what the Dems and the government needed. Hence, it was created by them to drive a wedge in Trump’s base.
none of the Q pumpkin posts are any sort of military intelligence, it looks like it came from a congressional office with a psychologist writing them in a way so conspiracy tin foil hat people would believe it.

I never understood QAnon. I work in physical commodities trading and supply and demand modeling, so I see non-stop economic and political prognostications about how such-and-such going on elsewhere is going to have “big changes” down the line on prices, etc..
Unlike politics, which is 100% ephemeral, in the real world, there are real measurable consequences and results, like actual products - or money.
So I’ve developed a very strong bullshit meter for people who can’t readily connect rumors, gossip and theories to demonstrable FACTS.

Nobody is “afraid” of the Q pumpkin here, most people who object to the Q Pumpkin object to the point that it is “anonymous” and therefore just fake news geared at weak minded conservatives, and is counterproductive to MAGA. The problem is, Nancy Pelosi’s office could be running Q Pumpkin and she or her office could be hiring experts to write the posts so they are believed by weak minded people who believe in conspiracy theories.
The problem is, do we want to divide our MAGA movement and allow a part of it to be controlled by the likes of Nancy Pelosi? Do we want our opposition controlling a part of our movement?
That is the problem
When we follow Trump, we know who Trump is, we know what he is saying, he doesn’t need to speak to us in code or from behind a blind.
It is all about authenticity of the message, Q Pumpkin can’t be authentic, because we have no idea who that is.

They’re nuts. Fortunately most of them are very old with very little time left on earth, according to natural processes.
My suggestion is to ignore the poster who called you a Karen. They’ve been pushing the existence of a Biden body double, quantum financial network, and the military installing President Trump back into the Presidency. So there’s not much credibility there.
