Over two months have passed since Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by a US Capitol Police Officer.
Ashli Babbitt’s Legal Team recently went public and will be making their big debut tonight.
Ashli Babbitt’s legal team released this statement to The Gateway Pundit tonight before their FOX News appearance.
“Terry Roberts, the attorney representing Aaron, Ashli Babbitt’s husband, will be discussing excessive use of force and the unjustified killing of unarmed Ashli Babbitt by a United States Capitol Police Officer, whose name and identity have been withheld from the public. Ashli Babbitt’s case will be laid out on Tucker Carlson in the last 15 minutes of the show tonight, make sure not to miss it.”

By every standard of black letter law and US case law she as murdered. This simply did NOT conform with any US law on deadly force.

I don’t think it was a police officer that shot her, I think it was a congresscritter with expensive cufflinks.
I don’t know if it was legitimate or not, but on an FR thread a number of days ago it showed the guy with a mask on.
He was said to be the shooter, and I couldn’t recognize him.
Ashli was the only person killed on January 6, 2021 as part of the protest against election fraud in D.C.
They going to say what hospital she went to and what the cause of death was? Is there a death certificate?
Agree that it was straight up murder. She didn’t even see the gun on her, no warning, no chance for her to jump out of the windows frame and prevent any bloodshed, just shot an unarmed woman dead.
I also think FIB operative John Sullivan's video was manipulated to make ID of the shooter next to impossible.
That legal team has a tall order assigned and I don’t believe they will be allowed justice under any circumstances due to completely corrupted justice system.
