Accusations of "white privilege" or just "whiteness" are the latest lefty version of calling someone a "reactionary bourgeois capitalist pig" for demanding their rights. The more powerful the Left became, the less it mattered whether their targets were in any way capitalist or bourgeois.
The Democrats control Los Angeles and California. And so the response of their union to Latino parents demanding that schools be reopened is "white privilege".
When Los Angeles parent Cynthia Rojas heard that federal experts and local health authorities said elementary campuses could reopen, she was ecstatic. But then reality hit her: Campuses in the L.A. Unified School District would not reopen anytime soon.
That disappointment became a defining moment that brought her and other parents to a protest Monday outside the Federal Building in West Los Angeles — part of the growing momentum in some parts of Los Angeles, including the Westside, to reopen public schools.
The United Teachers Los Angeles union is resisting this push, which it says is in part rooted in white privilege....

White privilege is a fraud. Nobody can define the legitimate basis for it. It is a Marxist lie based on hate. There are an unlimited ways a person can have advantages. What if you are gay, bright and female? What kind of privilege do you have because of your advantages? With all of those zillion categories, the ultimate minority is the individual.
The first person to define “white privilege” was Peggy McIntosh. It was her personal account with no scholarly methodology that misdefined privilege which was really just living in the majority culture. That definition can be true in every culture on earth. You can have “privilege” living in a tribe in Africa because you are living in a culture that hunts a unique animal that benefits your tribe more than any other tribe. Do you see how that game is played? I think when I put it that way we do and it stinks along with all of their lousy Critical Theory scholarship. It isn’t worth the pot to piss in!
To attribute to the individuals of a community the attributes of that community on the basis of their racial identity is the definition of racism. These people are doing it and are getting away with it! They can all go to hell and the ship they sailed on!
Exactly. Good post. The only logic behind the concepts of the modern left wing academics promoting critical race theory is the desire for power and the adherence to a line of thinking invented by a white man named Karl Marx to enslave people all over the world.

I doubt his religion had anything to do with his political theories. Having bad political ideas has been proven to be possible for people from every religion, race, nationality, sexual orientation, age, etc.
Racial classifications are relative to each society. Back in Europe, Jews were consider the equivalent of “non-white,” along with Gypsies in many places (the concept of a “white race” only dates to the 18th century I believe, however). Moreover, Americans and Canadians are the only people who classify Latin Americans as “non-white” even if they are of pure European ancestry, which shows how ridiculous all of this BS is.
