The Supreme Court is not hearing oral arguments on these cases today; they were ‘distributed for conference’.
That the means the Supreme Court will sit in a room by themselves (or maybe a Zoom call nowadays) and decide what to do with the cases: move forward, rule now, send them back to the lower court.

There is zero chance they will take these cases at this point and reverse the election. Roberts is a master as obscuring law with nonsense opinions and they will find a way to squirm out of this politically charged decision like they have in the past. If there had been any interest in actually ruling on the law it would have happened before the electoral certification.

I’ll predict SC hears the cases. It won’t unseat Slojoe but if widespread fraud is established it will put the responsibility for this mess on the state legislatures and hopefully apply pressure on them to take control of their respective electoral process.
Reread. They are doing the conference today. Whether something happens after today depends on what they decide today. Could be mooted, could be accepted for oral arguments later in the year.
I think they will at least address the issue of SOSs overriding State Legislature election law.
That is for another case. If the states are determined to have illegally changed the voting laws, are the ballots cast by that illegal method invalid? If they are invalid, does it change the outcome of the election? Can Biden be removed from office if he did not legally win the election? Who takes the office if he is removed?
They left Trump with a knife in the back last month . . . they’ll do it again.

The President is whoever had the most electoral votes accepted by Congress.
So Biden will still be President.
