The thing is - this is shortsighted -- look at the Christians in Pakistan, in northern Nigeria etc. - burnt, raped, tortured etc. for Christ. They are already living through horrific tribulations.
This is similar to what Christians already faced in 1453 in Constantinople etc. RAturists focus on believing the chicken-little rapture instead of focusing on Jesus' message that the Kingdom is HERE
