How quickly the news cycle churns. Four months ago, Ruth Bader Ginsburg had just passed, President Donald Trump was angling to replace her with Amy Coney Barrett, and liberal pundits who had spent the past four years warning about norms violations were sighing and saying actually the only way forward was for Joe Biden to pack the Supreme Court.
In response, Biden pledged to appoint a commission to explore the issue—and then promptly forgot all about it. Bloomberg reports today on the expectations for that neglected group:

The court need not be packed if it continues to avoid its responsibility of turning back unconstitutional laws and EO’s.
The Democrats realize they have to accomplish as much destruction in the next 2 years as possible. They could lose their majority in the midterms so it’s just a matter of priorities. Packing the court would eat up valuable time.

Whew, I guess we missed that bullet. They will wait to see if Schumer’s warning was heeded. If they feel they must have it, there is no doubt they will go for it.

They saw the first few decisions and thought... why pack the court when we can own them thru threat of blackmail. Mainly Roberts.
They will pack it starting with the 9th and spreading outwards, creating new court districts, filled with liberal judges.
They won’t go for packing the SCOTUS until the second term of Harris....................

They’ll wait until the mid-term elections when they will steal more Republican seats, and have a larger majority in both Houses.
They will go about their court packing in the backrooms and minutia of legislation sub paragraphs and we won’t see it right off...........
JFYI anytime a politician says “we will form a commission to study the issue” that’s short hand for, we are trashing your stupid idea!
The Marxocrats don’t need to pack the court anymore. The three craven cowards (criminals, really) that the GOPee confirmed all showed that they will vote lockstep with the Marxocrats anyway. The USSC has become just as corrupt and rotten to the core as every other part or our criminal, illegitimate tyrannical junta we now suffer under.
I think roberts is the ROGER TANEY of the 21st century..I don’t think he’s blackmailed I think he’s racist...Toss Trump and PP gets their tens of millions of dollars again to kill African babies..The dems ,including roberts were terrified that Trump would destroy PP in just 4 more years...
That’s not part of the deal the GOP made with the Dems. They agreed to turn a blind eye to election fraud, in exchange there will be no court packing and no universal health care. In exchange, there will be a new war and more illegal immigrant labor to take advantage of.
Why even bother? They’ve clearly already got a strong majority, with Roberts and the Trump judges compromised and/or faker sell-outs.
They also don’t plan to have another honest election at the presidential level.
No need to go for the heavy-handed court packing approach.
