It’s too bad they couldn’t see the election fraud as clearly.

Ted Cruz says everyone in Senate knows that it's 'crystal clear' Trump
will be acquitted won the 2020 election, and that Biden is incompetent and a fraud.
There I fixed it for everyone.

I could be wrong but I think the big thing will be whether there will be a vote to bar him from holding office again and,if so,what will be the fallout from that vote.
I'm no Constitutional expert but I've seen it suggested that the Senate has the power to do so with a simple majority vote and there can be no doubt that 51 (or more) would vote for a ban.And then it's on to SCOTUS for a ruling.

If that is true, then Nancy needs to resign! Two shots and failed both times to present a case of Impeachment which the Senate could convict Bad Man Orange! Nancy everyone knows Bad Man Orange and you are completely incapable of impeaching twice. Nancy Resign Now! You at a complete and utter failure!

What I would like to know. . .are charges going to be filed for those who intentionally used fraudulent information during the impeachment trial. They were acting on behalf of “we the people.”

As if Trump will ever run again anyway. Fact is, they are not trying to keep him from running. They are trying to destroy his power to affect the minds of Americans. They are trying to destroy HIM, not keep him from running.

Sometimes Ted likes to talk and play politics being a dumbass.
Then sometimes he’ll speak an obvious truth to shove it down their throats.
Here’s to the latter and hoping Ted learns from it. Thanks Ted for rubbing their faces in Sham Impeachment II.

He has to be convicted first. If that doesn’t happen, there is no a vote to bar him. It’s very clear.

I just saw a headline that Trump’s lawyers are saying that what Trump said in the speech was protected by the first amendment. The democrats could respond - well, yes, but it plain he was still inciting an insurrection, a coup against the strongest government in the world, by a few unarmed rioters. Yep, Trump came close to pulling it off.
Why even bother. Challenge the democrats to point out, from the transcript, the words used to incite an insurrection.
And then play videos of democrats plainly inciting and supporting insurrections.

We don't know that. In today's world nobody knows how many Senators have been bribed, blackmailed or compromised in some other way at any particular point of time. We do know that DNC Crime Gang does that all the time. We also know there are no repercussions for idiotic, unconstitutional proceedings.

I think there's a lot of misunderstanding about the 51-vote item you described.
The Senate can bar President Trump from holding office again with just 51 votes, but that is predicated on him being convicted (which requires a two-thirds vote in the Senate).
In other words, the disqualification from office is part of the "sentence," which can only be imposed if there is first a CONVICTION.
