COTTONWOOD, CALIFORNIA — In Woody Clendenen's barbershop, a standard haircut costs $15. Seniors get a discount for $12, and liberals are charged $40.
At least that's what the sign at his local Cottonwood shop in Northern California's Shasta County says. His small business is donned with Trump 2020 gear, support to create the new state of Jefferson, and copies of the Constitution for customers to read or take.
He's got regulars who stick around just to talk politics and feel a sense of normalcy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of them are maskless and aren't told to follow any health precautions when they're at Cottonwood Barbershop.

As far as the coastal elites know there is nothing east of the Coastal range accept for their ski lodges in Tahoe and a couple buildings in Sacramento, which they despise. The idiots in Sac couldn’t tell you where Bakersfield or Modesto is, or what they do, yet they are bragging about a high speed rail going between the two cities after spending 50 billion dollars on the rail line. As far as the Mexican colony of the Central Valley it doesn’t exist.
Gotta keep going up the coast to at least Eureka and give them Humboldt State.
Outposts in Denver and Austin.
Masks should be OPTIONAL EVERYWHERE!
So should shirts...
Yeah, I said it...
I am a shasta county native, grew up where we considered Cottonwood city folk lol.
Cottonwood is a census-designated place (CDP) in Shasta County, California, United States. The population was 3,316 at the 2010 census, up from 2,960 at the previous census.
BOL, a census-designated place (CDP) not a town nor city!
How in the hell did cottonwood get on the radar of that yellow rag out of Washington d.c ?!!
It’s smaller than small !
( they probably stole the repub registration list and found out the whole place voted for trump. Wonder if they’ll sick DHS , FBI and army on it.)
The State of Jefferson already has confirmed, majority votes of dozens of county legislatures in CA and OR.
New California ought to stay off our lawn.
Sent from the largest “city” in the new State of Jefferson.
