That would be funny if she tried. Under the Extradition Clause and the Extradition Act, only the governor has the power to demand extradition from another state. Somehow I think De Santis wouldn't be so inclined.
For that matter, I can't imagine she has the power to demand anyone be prosecuted. Criminal prosecutions are handled by the State Attorney, who does not answer to to the mayor of Tampa or any other city within his circuit regarding the exercise of his prosecutorial discretion.

It doesn’t matter. Weeks ago the local authorities were barred from prosecuting anybody in “violation” of any non-state-mandated covid restrictions. She can issue all the citations she wants, but they will have no effect. If she has people actually arrested she’s going to have her authoritarian ass in court.....
