Marco Rubio, what happened to you? You used to be a good little Republican, but now you’ve gone and aimed your sights against our Constitution.
Failed presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio introduced legislation that would strip the Second Amendment rights of any individual who was simply investigated for domestic terrorism, even if they were not charged or convicted for committing an actual crime.
Take a moment to consider what this means under a Biden Presidency.
On February 2, Rubio reintroduced the bill he has been pushing since the Orlando Pulse radical Islamic terrorist attack in 2016. The bill calls for stripping individuals under investigation for domestic terrorism of their ability to own or purchase firearms

Ironically, the vague term “domestic terrorist” does not just mean a KKK group molding plastic explosives under a bridge. It now can mean any people whose “hate speech”(quoting the bill of Rights, extolling the Founders, saying something good about Trump....) leads to a label of “domestic terrorist” for the GOP, Tea Party, Libertarians, registered Republican voters on the rolls or someone on talk radio or writing for a news, internet site or magazine who expresses conservative views.
This means someday Marco Rubio will be sitting on wooden bench in a holding cell resting his chin on his hands
and saying to Ben Shapiro and Don,Jr. “How did we get here?”
Really? Tell me, how is that going to stop widespread Democrat election fraud?
Rubio’s undeniably rising star crashed and burned when he was on the same side of the immigration issue as upChuck Schumer. Anytime you’re on the same side of an issue as upChuck, you’re wrong and exposed as yet another useless republican.

I will vote against him any primary and I will not vote for him in any general or state election. I won’t vote for a Democrat, though. Maybe there will be a third party?

I don't live in Florida, but I just called Rubio's office and left a message that this Bill will give the FBI, and the Biden administration the motivation to bring fake charges, and fake evidence against people who are innocent. If the FBI can frame a sitting President, what hope does an innocent citizen have? I told him that Republicans couldn't get documents and info they needed from the FBI for over four years to pursue the investigation on Russian collusion, etc., what makes him think that they'd be able to get FBI documents proving they weren't fabricating charges against innocent American citizens? There's no checks and balances on the FBI. They can do whatever they want, and not face any repercussions for falsifying documents or evidence. We've already seen that.
Rubio needs to be primaried. They’re going after people who were on the plane that called Romney a traitor, and people who were at the protest on January 6th.
