Having just witnessed the end of the USA on January 6th, a date that will live in infamy, I would actually like to see an EMP burst over cities like Washington DC, New York, San Francisco, and Chicago. Such a thing might give the remnant of this now-defunct and benighted land a chance for a decent future.
