If any part of that twaddle so much of mentions race, color of skin, or ethnic origin it is RACISM.!! Nothing but. Look up the definition of racism and have it handy when anyone starts babbling like this. Point out that such makes them a racist.

If Biden wants to speak the truth:

Biden administration:
Race is everything! Nobody shall be judged on their character, you shall be judged only on the color of your skin.
