Dominion Voting Systems on Monday sued Rudy Giuliani, accusing former President Donald Trump’s personal attorney of carrying out “defamatory falsehoods” about Dominion in part to enrich himself through legal fees and his podcast.
The company said it seeks to “set the record straight, to vindicate the company’s rights under civil law, to recover compensatory and punitive damages, and to stand up for itself, its employees, and the electoral process.”
“Although he was unwilling to make false election fraud claims about Dominion and its voting machines in a court of law because he knew those allegations are false, he and his allies manufactured and disseminated the ‘Big Lie,’ which foreseeably went viral and deceived millions of people into believing that Dominion had stolen their votes and fixed the election,” the lawsuit said.
Rudy Giuliani responded to the Dominion Voting Systems lawsuit and his answer was epic.
Giuliani, who is also a host for WABC radio, issued the following statement:
“Dominion’s defamation lawsuit for $1.3B will allow me to investigate their history, finances, and practices fully and completely. The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart. It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.” – Rudy Giuliani
Rudy can ask for material in discovery. Dominion can stonewall providing that material. Then it escalates to the court to force compliance with the material request or not. If the courts are corrupt, they can back Dominion and say that Rudy can’t have the info. So this will be interesting to watch.

My first thought when I heard about the lawsuit. It will finally get it’s day in court.
Good for Rudy. Did Dominion sue Mike Lindell yet or are they still just threatening? He has also promised not to cave.
All sides: put up or shut up. I say ‘good’.
Correct answer for a fair legal system. But we live in different times.

Those voting machines are probably being UN-altered right now.
All Dominion has to do is provide all the information about the election results they have. Hide nothing.
If it was an honest election and biden actually won, they can prove it and clear their name at the same time. It would give people faith in the integrity of the election process and silence the accusations of vote fraud once and for all.
If they continue to refuse to allow their machines to be investigated, all it does is add weight to the accusations against them.
They can be clear and above board if they have nothing to hide.
Where did they file the lawsuit? There is no doubt that they carefully selected a friendly, far left-wing court, but I am curious which one.

I think we know the answer to that IF. There is a 2 tier justice system, elites and leftists get a pass, the regular guy or conservatives are assumed guilty.
Observant people have figured out that our election process is a joke and future elections are not likely to be any more honest than our most recent election.
Perhaps people will soon understand that the courts are there to punish the innocent and free the guilty.
The machines will have been modified before discovery.
The databases will have been edited before discovery.
Everything will be as clean as a whistle before discovery.
They’ll make sure Giuliani looks like a fool.
Dominion got their PR statement out by filing the lawsuit. Now it will be unceremoniously dismissed or dropped once discovery starts.
Good to see Rudy still fighting!
There have to be records somewhere.
Regardless, God is keeping tabs and knows what the truth is and will someday deal with it, although it would give me a great deal of satisfaction to see some justice here and now instead of off in the future.
Were the machines connected to the internet, yes or no?
I found another article that said they filed suit in federal district court in D.C.
How much do you want to bet that they somehow randomly draw Judge Emmet Sullivan (the biased star chamber judge/persecutor in the Flynn case)?

It happened in the last 2 yrs with a Conservative writer who was a Canadian who slandered "Mann" of Global Warming Hockey Stick fame and he told the judge I called him "that" because his data is bogus. Mann was asked to disclosed the Hockey Stick data, he wouldn't (Can you say a fraud?) the Defendant won and I think he countersued and got a settlement. Even the most liberal judge(s) are not going to mess with Discovery....
