After receiving feedback from legal minds we decided to repost this.

several individuals believe that now that Joe Biden has been sworn in President Trump still has a legitimate challenge in court based on the massive alleged fraud prevalent in the 2020 election.

...be done by March 4th...

It depends on how long it will take the states to do forensic audits that provide justification of election fraud.

I’m on board with whatever it takes to boot Joe and Ho all the way to Gitmo. BTW, got a new hat today. It’s red and says TRUMP WON.

That’ll drive the communists crazy.

Yes, a strong case for POTUS POLYGAMY, since Biteme was sworn in at 11:49 and Trump was still officially the President according to the US Constitution.

Void ab initio.

You got a case citation? Or are you just blowing smoke because you think it smells good?

Legal principles are easily researched on the net, and I am certain you can find something for yourself since you can spell “citation.” Since this situation is unique, principles from the law in general are available by analogy to argue the point. That said, even a purchaser without notice cannot receive title to a stolen item. Principle two would be that a contract or agreement that is procured through fraud is void ab initio. Proof that the election was fraudulent should legally void it by analogy with the statute of limitations starting at the time of discovery.

The only court available now is the Court of Public Opinion.

Don't let anybody silence you on the Fraud. Remain cool and have the facts handy for anybody who screams at you.

Having President Trump create the new America First Party and registering for it in the tens of millions will also stand as visible evidence that the current administration is a fraud.

But we'll have to wait and see how effective this is. The GOPe is determined to lose 2022 anyway. 2024 is the Return of the Jedi.

People are citing this “quo warranto” stuff but that is based on a bill passed by Congress, and Congress can’t override the plain language of the US Constitution, which says that a sitting President can only be removed by impeachment or the 25th amendment process. So, no, there is no legal challenge that is going to work at this point.

It all depends on the yellow robes it they want to put the black robes back on.

There is nothing the courts can do (as far as removing Biden) even if they heard the evidence and deemed it legitimate.

Let him try to govern if it all comes out in court

Law suits can continue... but even if they prove the election was fraudulent... I can’t see the courts providing any remedy.

Honestly I’d be shocked if any Court will touch it.... Will make up excuses to dismiss and not hear it... just like they have been.

Not this stuff again. In order to file his writ, Trump has to prove that Biden is holding his office illegally. Absent a court ruling that agrees with him how exactly is he supposed to do that?

“and Congress can’t override the plain language of the US Constitution, which says that a sitting President can only be removed by impeachment or the 25th amendment process. So, no, there is no legal challenge that is going to work at this point.”

As I see it, the problem is the state legislatures already rubber stamped the fraud by certifying the electors in the contested states. If fraud is proven in court, I’m not sure if this is reversible at this point.

The problem is that even if all the questionable ballots are proven to be fraudulent and that Trump won those states they will not reverse the election or electorial college. That was the case before and its still the case now.
