No President can stop the 20th Amendment from operating on January 20. No one. And martial law can’t stop it either.
If there is a coup, he declares Martsil law. Martial law suspends the Constitution. Besides Who says he’s going to stop it? He’s just not going to have Biden taking it.

No, martial law does not suspend the Constitution in the manner you describe. Martial law cannot stop the operation of the 20th Amendment. What’s next - could martial law suspend the 19th Amendment?
What you are describing are actions that a tyrant would take. President Trump is not a tyrant. He’s an earnest American citizen.
If President Trump has evidence of a crime that Joe Biden has committed, he’s got 2 1/2 days to make the case.
Stealing an election is ‘unconstitutional’, too.
And the constitution isn’t a suicide pact, where the commies get to ignore any inconvenient laws or parts of the constitution and say, ‘Hey, we stole many elections fair and square and packed the key courts and official positions with our controlled puppets’ so get out of the way while we ignore the constitution and turn this Republic into a third-world USSR.
There is a difference between not following rules and regulations that lose you your Republic, and ignoring rules and regulations to steal control of a Republic. In the former case, when done you still have a Republic, in the latter, you don’t.

Um, the Pres-elect made two clear admissions, 1. that he doesn’t need our votes to win, and 2. that he had the greatest or largest voter fraud organization ever in place (paraphrasing). These statements were made before multiple witnesses and were filmed and audiotaped, have played on national television. This is not hearsay. This is direct admission of involvement in and knowledge of commission of federal felonies, and it was not prompted or coerced by any agent. Biden should be arrested not inaugurated.
Gee, if only we had courts, prosecutors, judges, even legislators. We just pay them all grand salaries to attend cocktail parties. Pretending there is no evidence and nothing can be done is disingenuous. President Trump does not need to “make a case” - all the filthy disgusting traitors are the ones failing to make the case.
Not sure, but President Trump may not need to declare martial law - the military itself might be able to based on their own developed intelligence, and they can arrest Biden and hold him to face military justice, which should be a firing squad.
