For General Flynn and anyone else who believes that an Italian IT guy hacked the US elections from Germany through “Fucino Tower”

Quick summary for new readers:
This started as a quick post/tweet that I wrote initially as a reply to General Flynn’s tweet claiming that Italy stole the US elections, and it has since expanded considerably. Here’s Flynn’s tweet (subsequently deleted by Twitter’s removal of his account:

This claim is essentially based on this photograph of an alleged “affidavit” provided by a Prof. Alfio D’Urso, “Advocate/Lawyer” in Catania, Italy, which claims (without evidence) that an Italian IT guy named Arturo D’Elia switched US election data “from significant margin of victory for Donald Trump to Joe Biden” by using “military grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes via military satellite of Fucino Tower to Frankfurt Germany”:

There actually is a lawyer named Alfio D’Urso whose office address is in Via Vittorio Emanuele, in the city of Catania, Italy (source; source). His details can be found by entering his surname (without the initial D) in this registry of Italian lawyers. However, the office street number is missing from the “affidavit”. Does anyone think that a real lawyer would get his own office address wrong in such an important legal document?
By the way, assuming that the Alfio D’Urso mentioned in the “affidavit” is the same Alfio D’Urso whose office actually is in Via Vittorio Emanuele in Catania at number 5, it’s worth taking a look at the location in Google Street View. This is supposed to be the front door of the lawyer who is handling such a world-changing deposition? Seriously?

A man named Arturo D’Elia does exist, and he actually did work for Leonardo SpA. He was arrested in late December 2020 for stealing military project data in Italy a few years ago (Reuters via Swissinfo). Of course, that in no way proves that he hacked the US elections. Or even that it’s the same person.
There are many more indications that suggest that this “affidavit” is simply made up by plucking vaguely relevant places and names from Google but without any real knowledge of the places and people involved or of how legal procedures work in Italy. You'll find them below, in my (slightly edited and updated) reply to General Flynn:

[In case you don’t catch the reference: the guy is Italian comedian Totò, in a classic Italian comedy movie called Totò truffa '62. In the movie he is a con man who sells the world-famous Trevi Fountain, in Rome, to a highly gullible tourist]
The "affidavit" mentions a "military satellite of Fucino Tower", which is not a thing that exists (neither the satellite, nor the tower).
Also, that's not how US votes are counted. The tallies do not go through Germany.
As an Italian, the idea that some IT guy in Italy hacked the *entire* US voting system, and did so under the NSA's nose, is simply *hilarious*.
Italians are rolling on the floor laughing at this tale. Ah, yes, the ever gullible Americans. Do you read Italian? Have at it: there's even a LITERAL FLAT-EARTHER site involved in this.
The video you linked claims that Mr Matteo Renzi was involved in this amazing operation. Just so you know, THIS is Mr Renzi. The alleged mastermind:

Sir, if you seriously believe that the US election system can be hacked in Germany by an Italian techie from a place that doesn't exist, in a plot orchestrated by a guy who can't even pronounce "because", then it clearly doesn't take much to be a general in the US.

My understanding is that the Italian government sent the fraud information to congressional leadership and they went ahead and certified a fraud election anyway. So they are guilty of treason. I’m looking for about half of congress not to be there anymore in a month or so. Maybe less.
Oh dear! Trust the plan. The plan in November was to lose the election. The plan on Tuesday, the 5th was to give a stump speech and lose the Senate. The plan on Wednesday, the 6th was to give a stump speech, storm Congress, lose the objection to the Arizona vote, and drop other objections. The plan on Thursday, the 7th was to announce there would be a peaceful transfer of power. The plan on Friday, the 8th was to announce that President Trump would not be attending the inauguration ceremonies. The current plan appears to be to climb atop the nonexistent Fucino Tower, or perhaps the medieval Febiono Tower, and yell I'm on top of the world, Ma!Brilliant :-)

U.S. Const., Art. 3, Sec. 3, Cl. 1
Section 3.Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The charge of treason was so abused by the King that the Framers very intentionally limited it and made it difficult to charge and prosecute. Enemies exist only in declared wars. Treason falls within a specific definition and the requisite proof has no exceptions.
Congress is a den of thieves, but nobody is moving them anywhere. The new members are already confirmed and there. Nancy controls the House and Schumer will soon control the Senate. The only thing holding Schumer back is Pence is still VP. In eight days there could be a public release of Hunter Biden's laptop and Congress would refuse to do anything. The only way to remove congress critters is through conviction upon impeachment. That just isn't happening. Perhaps a few Republicans could be impeached but not convicted.
I have yet to see any fraud evidence out of Italy. If Trump has such proof, perhaps he is saving it for his memoirs. Unless the current result was in the plan, something in the plan went sideways.
You believe the election had fraud and other illegalities. So do I. But I have not seen any legal proof of illegal votes in sufficient quantity to change the result. I am not saying it does not exist; rather nobody has been both authorized and willing to look for it. Those with authority will not look; those willing to look cannot get authorization.
I seriously doubt we will see the vote fraud publically revealed any time soon. If Dominion fixed elections, they could gain twice and much payment and influence by selling their product to the leadership of both sides, plus they get insurance from investigations. When both sides are dirty, investigations go to the FBI or appointed investigators to die. States with Republican administrations have resisted any true investigation.
Take your meds. And nobody is way ahead of Magnus.
