When someone picked up it was the tech support person named “Peggy” and they said to reboot.
All is now working.
Because of their article about Amazon Shutting down Parler I went on line and contacted Amazon.. They got real concerned when I told them they could lose 75 million customers if they shut it down.. I said I will be one of them and I said I could live without Amazon Prime!!! They said they were getting a lot of negative feedback about that and that they said there has been no decision yet. I also got a hold of Apple and explained the situation to them we will se what they come back with..
Gotcha. I had heard of Gab but never checked it out. I just did and there sign up page was so slow I gave up on it. I don’t know the answer to your question.
Gab sign up his like a breadline in the former Soviet Union right now. So many people have 86th their Facebook and Twitter accounts, and I’m looking for a viable Free Speech respecting alternative platforms but the ones that exist are experiencing huge loads on their servers.
Maybe try back really early in the morning. Or, if you got insomnia, go for it about 3 a.m.
For what it’s worth, but tween Gavin parlor, I preferred gab, but there’s a relatively vocal population of oh, shall we say, CFR-, rosicrucian-, Freemason-, Jew-suspecting people. Been to many conservative rallies anywhere, and you’ve met the type. Got problems with Israel, believe in lizard people. Not a deal-breaker ‘cuz you can mute or block them, but they’re around.
