Bingo. 1000% correct.
Well said, thank you.
You lose. You mentioned NAZI
I have been dwelling on this for some time now, and the parallels are obvious to me.
Thanks for posting.
Feral Irishman is redundant. Just an observation.
As usual we went for the cheese. Will never learn!
Just a little nitpicking. Hilter was not elected. The NAZI party won, I believe, 22% of the parliament seats. Hilter was appointed Chancellor by President Hindenburg.
Man how wrong they were. The people loved Caesar and those Senators were suddenly in fear for their lives. Suddenly the most desired thing was to be the guy everyone perceived as Caesar's heir, leading to a conflict between Antony (Caesar's trusted lieutenant and right hand man) and Octavian (the one who actually was named by Caesar as his heir). Civil war resulted with Octavian winning and becoming the first Emperor, Augustus. And with that finally conflict ended and unity was restored.
So my takeaway is that political persecutions just might unleash whirlwinds that can't be suppressed without a real reckoning. The people put up with the persecution up until the time they outright murdered Caesar. From that point on there was an irreconcilable split between the sides. Biden is like Brutus calling Caesar a despot while the same time asking his followers to rejoice and unite under the senate that slaughtered him. Like Brutus, Biden calling our side terrorists and also saying 'unite under me' is bold and ridiulous. The split is real right now, it's not going to get better until something actually changes one way or the other, we get our freedom back or the left puts their boot down so hard on our necks that we never rise again.
Once Biden and the Democrats control the government, we will have to be ready for many more false flag operations.
If you think about it, Obama’s “Operation Fast and Furious” gun walking project was a false flag operation of an even more cynical and dangerous type than normal.
Good. I was posting this yesterday and I thought I was the only one who saw the comparison.
This comparison has been used many times before regarding certain incidents on this forum. They were usually a little overwrought.
This time, it’s accurate. We’re in for it. We’re going to be purged into second class citizenship. Prepare as best you can.
The Democrat primary speeches were one-upmanship for promising to cause an immense Great Depression, several times larger than the last. Seriously, these were their campaign *promises*.
The socialist obsession for control and dominance over all people is running rampant. Some of its tools are rationing, enormous taxes, a micro managing police state, universal conscription for government service, forced labor, and the list goes on and on.
Socialism is dehumanizing. Debilitating. Individualism and creativity are hated. All efforts must be for the government.
And the weak, ill and elderly are victimized or outright killed. It was no accident the Cuomo and Wittner put sick patients in nursing homes with the most vulnerable people, murdering thousands.
Former governor Lamm of Colorado said, in 1984, that the elderly have a “duty to die and get out of the way.” It is the mindset of such people that those they do not like are *expendable*. This was over 30 years ago, and if anything their twisted and obscene world view has not improved since, but continued to fester.
Ask any Jewish person today what if Democrat socialists today hated and dehumanized the Jews as much as the National Socialists did in Germany, if being on the receiving end of that hatred would be any different.
IMPORTANTLY: Nazi Germany wasn’t built in a day, and neither will a horrific Democrat socialist America. But dying like a frog in gradually boiling water is still death.
They were able to have one of the Communist leaders arrested and executed (Van der Lubbe).
He was a Dutch communist but how much of an actual
leader is in doubt.
Minor quibble: Hitler never won a free election. (He won some rigged ones after he was already in office, by the simple expedient of making it illegal to campaign against him.)
Hitler was appointed chancellor in January, 1932, but President von Hindenburg. A lot of historians think the Nazis political high-water mark was reached the summer before, and they were actually starting to lose support before Hitler was appointed.
I agree. That is exactly what is happening. The brown shirts are attacking everywhere.

Dangerous men go silent.
What can I do? In the face of the coming storm, what constructive actions can we take to conserve what works and protect ourselves? Here are a few actionable solutions anyone can adopt at a personal or local level.
Find your tribe. Network, meet in person. Social media can’t censor what you say in private. This also helps you emotionally, since you’re meeting with people who support you instead of mistaking the digital lynch mobs for what matters.
Preserve conservative institutions like churches, schools and clubs. Fight social justice infiltration or pressure to submit to liberal political demands like, “you really need a BLM lecturer in here, you’ll be good if you throw up our political symbols”.
Educate. Teach your kids your values at an early age, by reading stories that share your values. Don’t let the kids go to drag queen story time or social justice story time. Protest if the school or daycare does this, or if you’re not able to do that, take your kid out and discuss the protest with other parents. Abilene Paradox – people wrongly think that the official dictate is what everyone agrees with because no one says anything against it.
Buy books that explain the conservative worldview and defend it like those by Dennis Prager. Buy books that explain why liberals and conservatives are different without demonizing them like Jonathan Haidt’s works. And start book clubs reading these books. Hello, tribe!
Fight any attempt to add social justice to codes of conduct. For example, the National Association of Realtors just implemented a policy where you can be fined or expelled for “hate speech”, public or private. Other organizations have weaker versions of this, but expect it to ramp up.
Law, medicine and social work already have rules regarding this, equating trust and respect and empathy to liberal values - so you can’t get licensed if you don’t agree. Fight this, if you don’t want to be kicked out of professional organizations if you don’t pass the liberal political litmus test.
Hire conservatives, because businesses are firing them. Assist those who have been fired for their beliefs.
2ndvote.com allows you to find conservative and neutral businesses that share your values.
You can even sort by category (restaurants, groceries, hardware, retail) or values (pro-life, 2nd amendment).
Do you like the local or national conservative talk show hosts? Buy the stuff they’re hawking, and especially use the reference or discount codes they provide. This will tell sponsors that this sponsorship is financially important to them. And that helps keep these shows on the air.
Clean your room. Sort yourself out. You can’t fix the world, but you can improve your own life and situation. Read Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University books. Get out of debt. Save up an emergency fund. If Biden’s cronies crash the economy, you’re in a much better situation. And you’re in a Christian group that can be the start of your tribe, or you can arrange classes at your church or with your networking groups to bring everyone closer together.
Encourage Sanctuary Cities/Sanctuary States on any issue you support. Second Amendment sanctuaries already exist. Pro-life Sanctuaries are far fewer but could spread. Support the groups that got these policies passed, and encourage such movements in your area. You may not be able to change federal tax and immigration policy, but you can try to preserve free speech if someone can implement a First Amendment Sanctuary law at a state level.
