And this is how it all ends for President Donald Trump, not with a whimper, but with a bang. His presidency still has 13 days to run, but it ended for all intents and purposes when several thousand of his supporters decided to bust through the perimeter fencing that surrounds the Capitol grounds and hundreds of them stormed the building itself along with a group of obvious Antifa agitators.
If the President is lucky and behaves himself, he will be allowed to serve out his remaining 13 days and leave the White House voluntarily. Or, his cabinet and/or might decide to remove him from office using the 25th amendment should he continue to make (rightful) claims of a stolen election.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

They won this battle. That’s how it is. Trump is no longer relevant. All the things we were waiting for are nixed. They have it all. Sure, they’ll be responsible for what happens now (both houses and the presidency), but kinda like the leaders in Japan were responsible for what happened to Japan in the first half of the 40’s. It still hurt the people a lot.
And I need to return to my two year old tag line: I feel like I’m living in Dr. Zhivago, but without the love triangle. That’s pretty much where we are.

I won’t lie. I’m really depressed here. Ultimately, the Lord is my refuge and this is all just sort of a learning experience that seems to be necessary. There is more to life than life itself. This is VERY temporary. Life in this human meat, that is.

I think there’s a reason why liberals are so frightened by “lone wolves.” It’s because it is impossible to community organize a revolt without the organizers being detected and neutralized by the Deep State. The fact that the January 6th protest was so widely advertised and organized basically allowed the Deep State to infiltrate and subvert it to their purposes.
Anyone who so much as texts intentions to organize something against the Deep State has just handed the Deep State his identity and intentions. The means to collect and collate this data was paid for and implemented by our high tech companies for China. But it is also available from the NSA.
