About that phone call….

Donald Trump made a call to the Georgia Secretary of State the other day.

That's where the agreement about everything ends.

Right on cue, democrats are once again in the same ditch they've been in for the last four years, i.e. making a crime out of nothing.

State and federal officials have called for investigations into whether President Trump violated election laws — or possibly committed other crimes — in his Saturday phone call to Georgia’s secretary of state.

A recording of the one-hour call was released Sunday by the Washington Post. The president is heard pressuring Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, to “find 11,780 votes” that would put him in the lead over President-elect Joe Biden in Georgia, which has already certified its results.

Trump also threatens Raffensperger with the possibility of criminal charges unless he comes up with the votes to overturn the election results.

That's nonsense. Both sides had lawyers present.  A closer examination reveals something completely different.

Trump:

"We just want the truth. Let the truth come out"
Did someone say vote analysis?
Trump Team asks GA's office to can go over the data together to see why their illegal vote analyses are different. GA Sec. of State's office says they're not sure if they can share the data President Trump responds (rhetorically): "...but you can have a phony election?
More intrigue
Team Trump (lawyer): says he requested (6 times) for the GA state department's "internal numbers" Team Raffensperger (lawyer): "there are things under law we are not allowed to give out"
Team Trump claims to have hard evidence:
Team Trump (lawyer): explains how they have "hard numbers" showing 24,000+ illegal votes & that the've checked these numbers with 3+ different experts & chartered accountants He then makes a manifestly reasonable request for both sides to sit down & go over the numbers together.
Team Trump then asks about ballot stuffing, ballot shredding and ballot machines being moved.

Raffensberger's lawyers deny all of it.

Thing is, when the GA SoS says he can’t share information from a public election something is very wrong.

What does the law say?

It’s blatantly obvious GA officials are working against Trump is every way they can.

After all that has gone down, all this time and pressure, the GA officials are as of yesterday, not sure they can share critical info with president’s layers.

That says all you need to know about the corruption.

I just called Multhomah County, Oregon to see how my vote was applied and they can’t tell me. All they can say is that my vote was counted so I have to trust that it went for Trump. Trust a rat run county. They said they use machines so who knows where my vote went.

If there is something about the results of a public election that cannot or will not be made public - then I believe it is reasonable to assume that is due to illegal activities. GA officials better lawyer-up, because it is just a matter of time before one of them cracks, takes a deal, and the whole thing comes crashing down.

That’s how it is supposed to work. They should be able to tell if you voted, but are not supposed to be able to tell who you voted for.

Yes - but now that we have machines hooked up to the internet and switching votes a problem arises.

The same BS as the call to Ukraine’s leader.

Ask yourself this -

Where is Hunter’s laptop?
Where is Epstein’s laptop?
Where is Weiner’s laptop?
Where is Seth Rich’s laptop?

Safe in the loving hands of the FBI of course.

Safe as Indiana Jones’s Ark of the Covenant!

These days, people on either side of an issue think something they don’t agree with is a crime.

Actually, the ONLY crime here might have been releasing a transcript of a settlement call. And a recording without permission(the rules vary by state.)

I don’t like that Trump said that stuff. But it wasn’t criminal. I just think it was ill advised.

[[State and federal officials have called for investigations into whether President Trump violated election laws]]

Annnnnd of course they WILL get their investigations- however, when republicans have reams and reams of actual evidence of election fraud- Nope- noone will look into it

For this pathetic weasel to record and distribute the call to the media speaks volumes. Possible conclusions:

1. He’s a limp wristed wimp and felt threatened

2. He’s covering up a crime and is worried about getting caught and prosecuted.

3. He’s was pressured into covering up a crime and knows he and/or persons he cares about are at risk

4. He’s a Liberal, hates Trump and will do whatever it takes

The HATE-FILLED, insufferably ARROGANT & MOSTLY “WANNA BE TYRANTS” of the DIMocRATS Party never vary from trying to attain their FAR LEFT AGENDA.

Their “leadership” like “Nanny” Pelosi, the stupid AOC, LOUDMOUTH “Suckie Chuckie” Schumer & the rest of the DIMocRATS clown-car “can just see themselves” making every DECISION for the nation and dictating to ALL of the USA’s residents.

ALL that I can say is that IF tomorrow the DIMocRATS win the 2 GA Senate seats is: WATCH OUT!! - THINGS will get UGLY & QUICKLY.

Yours, TMN78247

I don’t like that Trump said that stuff.

What stuff specifically? I bet you did not listen to the call, nor read the transcript. You just parrot what the compost says. So typical of you.

Both sides knew the session would be taped. So taped is not the issue.

But Leaking a legally required confidential negotiation to resolve issues before presenting them to the court, is a crime.

The Georgia SOS has likely exposed himself to criminal penalties.

***************************************************

What exactly did Trump say that you disagree with?? He was asking the SoS to clean up his act. There is obviously illegal activity going on in Georgia related to this election and the SoS is doing anything in his power to keep it under wraps. The truth will be revealed in time and his career will be ended. But since legal action takes time, Trump was attempting to get him to reason and take action prior to all the legal proceedings. This is very common legal practice in both criminal and civil law.
