The law states that a mother seeking a surgical abortion may determine “whether the final disposition [of the aborted human] will be by cremation or interment." If the woman elects not to make that decision, the abortion facility performing the procedure is required do so...

...may determine
So what happens with the mother does not determine?
The open murder of children. No one can say anymore that they do not understand what happened during WWII in concentration camps.
We have modern day concentration camps killing children and cremating them.

It’s a start but it has to go Nation wide before we can end abortion once and for all.
Good idea, but will Buckeyes support it?
Watch this and anyone that does watch it will realize how close this nation has become to the evil whims of a corrupt and satanic government.

Now, now, now, Ohio. You will be preventing slimy liberals (are there any other kind) from profiting on human bodies.
I believe the hospital has to have the remains cremated or buried.
The question is put to the mother. I’m not sure if it is put to her before or after the abortion.
Probably not every Buckeye, but hopefully enough of them will. It passed the State Legislature and DeWine has signed it. So clearly, SOME support exists.
That should mean the procedure will become more costly. That alone may save some babies.
That would be the leftover parts which don’t add up to the Lamborghini title. But it’s a start. It would be better to just have each client a medical waste bag or glass jar to take home for disposition. Along with maybe a tee shirt.
The article does not mention a gestational cut off, if any.
At the risk of sounding crass, how would the logistics work in the real world? I’m all ears if anyone knows.
Yes, being shown more reverence than while alive. Yet I think burial should be preferred
And she is called the “mother” and not the “woman.”
How about pickling for appetizers.
Aside of this issue, I despise Ohio politicians. Both parties are full of control freaks. Miserable disgusting bastards..and I’ve lived here most all of my life.
