The Democans and Republicrats who make up the UniParty in the U.S. Senate were back in action on New Year’s Day. – They voted 81-13 to override President Trump’s veto of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The President had chosen to veto the bill because it did not contain language that would repeal Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, the clause that protects the Big Tech companies from being subjected to anti-trust enforcement over their anti-American censorship actions.
The 13 members who voted to sustain the veto included: Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), Mike Braun (R-Ind.), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), Mike Lee (R-Utah), John Kennedy (R-La.), Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Ed Markey (D-Mass.), Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.), and Ron Wyden (D-Ore.). Every other Republicrat and Democan present voted to override and thus allow Big Tech to continue business as usual.

Interesting makeup of the individuals who voted to support the veto.
Thank you for the list of GOP ball-less wonders to primary.
Senate screwed itself — one of the first things Facebook did after the vote was to take down the Georgia Republican races pages so they can’t fundraise anymore.....I guess Mitch prefers to be in the minority party...
And I hope he gets his wish. I am so over these spineless so called Republicans.
Wow. Mitch deserves to lose the Senate. I don’t even care anymore.
Mitch doesn't care either. In fact he would rather be the Minority Leader as it is far less work than being the Majority Leader.
Seven Republicans not under McConnell’s thumb.
Truly pathetic.
This bill signals the start of Reconstruction 2.0 in the South as our history is wiped from the earth.
One thing these a-holes all seem to have in common is Harvard University.. But, I guess it all makes sense when we realize that China donated nearly 100 million dollars to Harvard..
Oops.. Sorry, wrong place to post this..!
Bizarre.
Me neither. And I used to like Rand Paul, too, but no more!
There will eventually be another party we can join, because although I have been registered Republican, since Reagan, there hasn’t been one whom I really support!
