I am of the opinion that All ballots for a federal office must:
- be protected under the same laws as currency counterfeiting
- importing of ballots must be illegal
- all ballots must be printed by a US printer on a legal digital printer (one that water marks the printer serial number per existing printer manufacture law.
- all ballot formats must be approved by the state
- possession of a paper counterfeit ballot (outside of evidence collection) is a felony.
- each ballot must be marked with both a print batch number and individual serial number on the ballot.
- all ballots must be the same other than individual ballot serial and batch numbers.
- The printer of the blank ballots must record and publicly publish the batch and serial numbers.
- Chain of custody of ballots must be maintained from request, printing, shipping to the Secretary of State or election designee and to the voter.

Georgia is a cesspool of corruption, and that corruption includes many members of the court system and law enforcement, including those retired and forming their own probation contracting companies and towing/vehicle impoundment services.
